Crystal Vaughn is an educator, international development professional, and community advocate passionate about creating opportunities that help individuals and families thrive.
Holding a Master’s degree in International Development Studies, Crystal has worked across diverse educational and cross-cultural environments, supporting English language learners, educational initiatives, and community development efforts both locally and internationally.
Bridge & Bloom was founded on a simple belief: every individual deserves access to opportunity, meaningful support, and a strong sense of belonging.
Through education, workforce development, wellness resources, and community partnerships, the organization seeks to help individuals build confidence, develop practical skills, and create pathways toward long-term growth and stability.
